As the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the financial direction of our credit union. Reporting directly to the CEO, you’ll lead strategic financial planning, risk management, and financial reporting initiatives to support our mission and drive sustainable growth.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or similar field required; Master’s degree or CPA preferred.
• A minimum of 10 years of related experience in the financial industry is required.
• 8 years of previous supervisory experience and the ability to lead and direct others required.
• Strong understanding of financial principles, regulations, and best practices.
• Proven strategic leadership with a focus on member well-being.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and empower teams.
