Day Air Credit Union is proud to announce that Holli Davis, Director of Business Banking, has earned her Credit Union Business Lending Professional Designation (CUBLP). Holli’s recent CUBLP Designation strengthens her expertise in business lending and enhances her ability to provide businesses in the Miami Valley with a better business banking experience.
Holli completed this three-year program in just three months with CUNA’s virtual and accelerated program, learning business and commercial lending essentials and best practices, forming practical strategies for enhancing business lending, and connecting with other business lending leaders and expert speakers.
“Holli is integral to commercial lending operations at Day Air,” said Jannell Eichstaedt, Chief Experience Officer and SVP. “This certification will not only help Holli in her role but will also positively impact our business lending partners and communities.”
In addition to her CUBLP designation, Holli is an active member of the Dayton community and credit union industry. Holli participated in the 2019 State House Day event with the Ohio Credit Union League to keep state regulators, and legislators focused on policies that empower credit unions to make a difference in their local communities. As a 2020 Governmental Affairs Conference Crasher, Holli partnered with other credit union leaders to share the impact credit unions make with lawmakers in Washington D.C.
Holli is also an active member of the Dayton Community, volunteering and participating in numerous initiatives to impact the Miami Valley positively. As a member of the 2022 Leadership Dayton Class, Holli is actively working with other area leaders to identify the strengths and needs of the Dayton Region and exploring ways her skills can best serve the community moving forward. Holli also volunteers at the Dayton VA Medical Center, the Miami Valley Military History Museum, and SISCA Pet Adoption Center. Through her volunteer efforts, she has served annual Thanksgiving dinner and Christmas brunch to veterans and their families, co-chaired the VA’s yearly Community Living Center holiday party, participated in the restoration and dedication of the VA Grotto WWII Memorial Garden, distributed gift bags to veterans in dialysis, and more.
Holli has ten years of varied financial industry experience where she has served in a variety of roles, including Member Service, Accounting, Branch Manager, and Relationship Coordinator. Holli graduated from Sinclair Community College in 2011 with an Associate of Science in Business Management. She then attended Franklin University, where she graduated in 2016 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, giving her the foundation for her successful career in the financial services industry.
