Day Air Credit Union Honored as a Best Place To Work In Dayton.

Kettering, Ohio, July 1, 2021 – Day Air Credit Union is proud to announce it is once again being honored as a Best Place to Work in Dayton, by the Dayton Business Journal.

Each year the Dayton Business Journal surveys employees in the Greater Miami Valley area about work-life balance, flexibility, benefits, leadership, and culture at their companies. Day Air employees cited benefits such as flexibility, career growth, loan discounts, the employee wellness program, generous benefits package and a commitment to work-life balance.

Employees also noted Day Air’s supportive, family-oriented culture and promote from within philosophy as highlights of working at Day Air. More than 10 Day Air associates have been promoted internally since January 2020, noted Burke.
