Dayton VA and University of Dayton Branch Locations

Social distancing now in place at our VA Branch. The leadership at the Dayton VA medical center has requested that we continue to serve veterans and VA staff at our VA location, which does not have drive-thru service. The campus of the Dayton VA is already closed to the public; with this in mind we will continue to serve VA staff and veterans while limiting the number of members allowed in the branch at any one-time and cleaning the branch thoroughly between member visits.

Our University of Dayton Branch is currently closed until further notice. This closure is in alignment with the University of Dayton’s closure. Members who use this branch still have full access to their accounts via any of our digital offerings or by appointment and drive-thru at any of the four locations listed above.

Associate and Community Support

The following precautions are in place at all branch locations for the safety and well-being of our associates and community:

  • We have increased frequency in cleaning schedules with a focus on public areas, including handrails, door handles, cash machines and other high-touch common areas.
  • We have provided additional disinfectant wipes to staff and members.
  • We have posted visual signage throughout our facilities to encourage staff and members to wash hands thoroughly and disinfect workstations, along with verbal and email communication.
  • Ensuring that our staff are informed about COVID-19 and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s (CDC) advice, and requesting that staff who aren’t feeling well stay home from work
  • We have business continuity plans in place for these situations and we are following the procedures. Critical systems and staff that are essential to our day-to-day operations are setup to operate remotely and securely in the event that our headquarters is closed.
  • Allowing back-office associates to work from home whenever possible
  • Postponing or canceling large associate gatherings and community events
  • Eliminating non-critical meetings

Protecting Your Money

Scammers are taking advantage of fears surrounding the Coronavirus. They’re setting up websites to sell bogus products, and using fake emails, texts, and social media posts as a ruse to take your money and get your personal information.
